Compare. Order. Deliver.
Real-time pricing, smart forecasting, and seamless fuel delivery across the Philippines.
The Philippines already has millions of vehicles, and fuel is something people need to buy regularly. Cebu also has a growing demand for marine fuel, especially for boats and yachts, but there are still limited delivery services available. At the same time, Filipinos are already used to using digital payments like GCash and online apps. This means the market is ready for a fuel delivery platform like PitikGasPH.
PitikGasPH will earn money from different sources, similar to how Grab and GCash make money. Instead of depending on only one income source, the platform will combine commissions, delivery fees, subscriptions, and advertising to build a strong and scalable business.
| Revenue Source | Who Pays | Estimated Income | Simple Explanation |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace Commission | Gas Stations | 8–12% per fuel sale | When customers order fuel through PitikGasPH, partner gas stations give a small percentage from the sale. This is lower than Grab's commission, so stations still benefit because they gain additional customers. |
| Delivery Fee | Customers | ₱49–₱149 per delivery | Customers pay for the convenience of fuel delivery, similar to Grab or Foodpanda delivery fees. |
| Platform / Convenience Fee | Customers | ₱10–₱20 per order | Small booking fee charged per transaction for using the app. |
| Payment Processing Fee | Station or Customer | 1.5–2.5% | Small charge for GCash, credit card, or online payment processing. |
| Featured Gas Station Listings | Gas Stations | ₱5,000–₱25,000/month | Gas stations can pay to appear first inside the app, similar to sponsored ads in Lazada or Shopee. |
| Fleet Subscription | Trucking & Logistics Companies | ₱2,500–₱15,000/month | Companies with many vehicles can subscribe monthly for fuel monitoring, reports, and bulk fuel ordering. |
| Marine & Yacht Premium Service | Yacht Owners | 15–20% + handling fee | Yacht and boat owners are willing to pay more for direct dockside fuel delivery because there are very few providers in Cebu. |
| Data & Forecasting API | Oil Companies & Researchers | ₱20,000–₱200,000/month | PitikGasPH can later sell fuel price trends and fuel demand reports to companies and government agencies. |
| In-App Advertising | Auto Brands | Monthly advertising fee | Car-related businesses like insurance, tires, oil, and car wash companies can advertise inside the app. |
| Insurance & Financing Referrals | Insurance Partners | 5–15% commission | PitikGasPH can earn commissions by offering vehicle insurance and financing services inside the platform. |

If PitikGasPH reaches 1,000 Orders Per Day in Cebu:
This projection is only for Cebu operations and does not yet include future expansion to other cities like Davao, Iloilo, or Metro Manila.
The goal is to first become successful in Cebu, then use Cebu as proof that the business works before expanding to other cities.
Before marketing, PitikGasPH needs fuel partners and delivery drivers.
This is one of the biggest opportunities in Cebu.
These businesses consume large amounts of diesel every day and want to reduce downtime and fuel theft.
This creates stable recurring income for the business.
"Tag-iya ka og sakyanan? Ayaw na pag-adto sa gasolinahan. Padala namo ang gas sa imong balay."
Still one of the strongest marketing platforms in the Philippines.
Short videos showing fuel delivery convenience can easily go viral.
Potential future integration and promotions through GCash.
Government and barangay support can help build trust quickly.
Local Cebu vloggers and TikTok creators can help spread awareness.
Offer GCash rewards for every successful referral.
Fuel transport requires DOE permits and legal compliance.
Yes, fuel delivery needs DOE permits and legal approval. We already planned part of our startup budget for permits, compliance, and legal requirements. During our pilot phase, we will work with existing DOE-approved fuel transport partners on a per-delivery basis, similar to how Grab first partnered with LTFRB-approved vehicles when they started. Our goal is to process and secure our own permits within the first 6 months of operations.
Fuel hauling in the Philippines runs through three channels: the oil majors' in-house fleets, independent licensed haulers like Petrotrade Philippines, and the gas station's own tank trucks for short-haul. For our pilot, we're going to partner with stations that already have their own DOE-compliant tank trucks — that way the fuel never leaves the licensed chain, and we just provide the order routing, customer interface, and logistics coordination. By month 6 of operations, once we have volume data, we'll either contract a dedicated hauler like Petrotrade or apply for our own license through the DOE Visayas Field Office in Capitol Site.
Fuel delivery must follow strict safety standards to avoid accidents.
One fuel spill or fire can damage the company's reputation, so safety is very important for us. Every delivery will follow a strict safety checklist, and all drivers must complete safety and hazardous material handling training before they start working. We will also have insurance coverage for fuel spills and cargo protection from the beginning. Our system is already designed with a built-in safety checklist as part of the delivery process.
Large oil companies like Shell or Petron may eventually launch their own apps.
They might. But a Shell app only shows Shell stations. A Petron app only shows Petron. Customers don't want one brand — they want the cheapest or nearest option. We're the only one who can show all of them in one place. That's exactly why Booking.com beat every individual hotel's website, and why Grab beat the taxi co-ops.
Fuel stations only earn small margins, so PitikGasPH must help them gain additional sales.
Gas stations normally earn only around 5–8% profit from fuel sales, so charging a high commission can hurt their business. That's why PitikGasPH is not taking income from their existing customers. Instead, we help them earn additional sales from new customers like yacht owners, fleet companies, and home delivery users who may never visit their station directly. We also offer 0% commission for the first 90 days and only 8% fixed commission for the first year to help partners grow with us. The business works because we are creating new sales opportunities, not reducing their current income.
Business clients may request credit terms, which can affect cash flow.
Large business clients usually ask for 30-day payment terms. To protect our cash flow, new fleet customers will first use a prepaid wallet system during their first 3 months with us. After building trust, we can offer 15-day payment terms, but they must first provide a security deposit equal to one month of fuel usage. We will also give a 2% discount for clients who pay immediately or on the same day. This is similar to the payment system already used by large fuel companies like Petron and Shell for business customers.

Most marina fuel prices are ₱5–₱15 higher per liter compared to regular land gas stations.
You still need to move your boat, wait in line, and spend several hours just to refuel.
There is no easy way to compare fuel prices from different suppliers.

No. Your regular walk-in customers stay the same. PitikGasPH brings additional customers from delivery, yachts, and fleet accounts.
Grab charges around 15–21%, and Foodpanda charges around 25–30%. Our rate is lower because we understand fuel margins are smaller.
We handle delivery operations using DOE-compliant transport partners. Once fuel leaves your station, transport responsibility is handled by us, including insurance coverage.

Starting in Cebu, then expanding across the Philippines.
We're raising ₱7 million for 20% equity at a ₱28 million pre-money valuation. We are open to either one major investor or a group of investors — for example, one investor at ₱4 million and three investors at ₱1 million each. Based on our projected business growth, a ₱1 million investment could potentially grow to around ₱10–15 million within 3 years if we achieve our target expansion plans.
Like any startup investment, there is always risk and no guaranteed return. But based on our projections, if we only operate in Cebu, investors may still earn around 3–4 times their investment within 3 years. If we successfully expand to more cities in the Visayas, the possible return could grow to 10–15 times. If the business expands nationwide or gets acquired by a large company like Petron, Shell, or Grab, the return could reach 30–50 times. The possible loss is limited to the original investment, but the possible growth has very high potential.
If the business gives a 10× return within 3 years, the estimated yearly return is around 115%. If we reach our normal target of 12× growth, the estimated yearly return becomes around 130%. Even in our conservative projection of 4× growth, the yearly return is still around 60%. For comparison, the US stock market usually averages around 10% yearly return, Philippine government bonds around 6%, and most mutual funds around 12–15%. This means the possible returns from PitikGasPH are much higher than traditional investments, although startup investments also carry higher risk.
I'm not asking you to fund an idea. I have a working platform, a confirmed first customer meeting today, a clear path to ₱96M annual revenue in three years, and a 10–15× return projection. I'm asking you to be part of building the Grab of fuel for the Philippines. The first investors who join now will receive the best founding investor terms before future funding rounds increase the company valuation.
